Bertagnolli bio-passport 27/06/2012 Violation
When the UCI announced that it would open proceedings against Bertagnolli for bio-passport, Lampre countered that the irregularities in question concerned seasons 2008 and 2009 when Bertagnolli rode elsewhere. The rider responded with retirement.
