Caruso appeal 23/01/2009 Appeal against sanction
CONI appealed unsuccessfully to the Court for Arbitration in Sport after the Italian authority acquitted Caruso for lack of evidence following the Puerto investigation and Caruso's subsequent clearance by the Spanish authority.
