Contador appeal #2 06/02/2012  Appeal against sanction

WADA and the UCI appealed the RFEC decision. Following several delays and accusations of bias on the panel, CAS finally ruled against the rider, handing Contador a 2-year ban until August 2012 and stripping him of all victories since his 2010 positive.
