Franke investigation 12/01/2012 Investigation
An investigation into the infusion of UV-irradiated blood by a doctor at the Erfurt Olympic Centre alleged past involvement of Kittel amongst others. Franke claimed the purpose was anti-bacterial. Any sort of blood infusion has since been made illegal.
