Olano appeal 22/09/1994 Appeal against sanction
Olano appealed unsuccesfully to the national cycling authority, claiming that the impartiality a counteranalysis could not be guaranteed due to an alleged defect in the way the test sample bottles were sealed. He was suspended for three months (6 total).
