Operación Skype arrest 08/03/2012 Arrest
Beltrán was arrested at a Madrid airport in possession of substances only recently identified as relevant to doping. His arrest followed evidence given by athletes including Dapena who admitted that Beltrán had supplied him with EPO in 2010.
