Puerto Court 31 judgement 08/03/2007 Hearing evidence
The court ruled that a criminal case could not continue but it appended more information on the blood bags seized during the Puerto investigation including those of 18 and Birilo, the former of which was attributed to a certain 'Valv(Piti)'.
