Rasmussen, A appeal 04/07/2012 Appeal against sanction
The UCI appealed to the Court for Arbitration in Sport over Rasmussen's violations and the latter agreed that, although the UCI had sent late notice of a third violation to the rider, that was no justification for dropping the disciplinary matter.
