Ullrich appeal #2 09/02/2012  Appeal against sanction

CAS partly upheld the UCI's appeal against the Swiss cycling authority's decision to close an investigation into doping-related activities by Ullrich, finding that the rider had not demonstrated doubt over the evidence that he had transfused blood.
