Vandaele missed test #2 11/04/1998 Violation
Vandaele again failed to appear for testing after finishing fifth at the 1998 GP Pino Cerami in Wasmuel, claiming that he thought only the top four placings were obliged. A CAS appeal is mentioned but no information on any outcome is available.
