Vrijman investigation 31/05/2006 Investigation
Following allegations of hidden positives at the 1999 Tour de France, an inquiry exonerated Armstrong on procedural grounds. It did not however dispute L'Equipe's allegations on the actual content of the samples, the data for which came from the UCI.
