Armstrong federal lawsuit 19/04/2018 Hearing evidence ID 1107
Floyd Landis filed a whistleblower lawsuit in 2013 on the grounds that Armstrong and associates had defrauded the US Postal Service. Stapleton and Knaggs settled in 2017 and Armstrong the following year. Judgement against Bruyneel was entered in 2018.
