Cabello positive #3 04/02/1994 Positive test ID 915
Cabello tested positive every day of the 1994 Vuelta a Mallorca, which he originally won. This third positive was returned after Stage 3a. The positives were blamed on treatment for an injury the previous October; the rider was suspended for six months.
