Dekker, E cleared 22/12/1999 Investigation ID 759
A committee set up by Rabobank and the Dutch authority investigated the high (52%) haematocrit returned by Dekker prior to the 1999 World Championship Road Race and found irregularities in the testing procedure. Years later, the report was questioned.
