Franke investigation 12/01/2012  Investigation ID 803

Franke UV-irradiated blood by at the Erfurt Olympic Centre, claiming the purpose was anti-bacterial. Any sort of blood infusion was later made illegal but the dossier was closed due to the erstwhile contemporary legal situation.
