Kolobnev appeal 29/02/2012  Appeal against sanction ID 810

The UCI's appeal to CAS was dismissed after Kolobnev had proved that his positive test was due to a prescription product recommended by his doctor for an existing medical condition and which when tested revealed the presence of the banned substance.
