LA-MSS investigation 19/05/2008 Investigation ID 489

Following the death of rider Bruno Neves in May 2008, police conducted raids connected with the team, finding banned substances and blood transfusion equipment. Almeida and the two Silvas were later absolved of any involvement in the case.
