Landis appeal #2 30/06/2008 Appeal against sanction ID 707
Landis appealed unsuccessfully to the Court for Arbitration of Sport once again on the grounds of procedural error at the French laboratory. CAS considered that internationally recognised laboratory standards had been met throughout the testing process.
