Millar appeal 17/02/2005 Appeal against sanction ID 511
Millar appealed to the Court for Arbitration in Sport. CAS did not alter the ban length but upheld his claim that the British authority's decision to ban him from the date of his hearing was incorrect, moving the date to that of his confession.
