Rominger positive 02/07/1994 Hearing evidence ID 597
Rominger tested positive after the Prologue of the 1994 Tour de France. Salbutamol was prohibited by French rules but not yet by the UCI. Teams were warned before the race began, since French rules applied, but the rider was never sanctioned.
