Turgot cleared 01/06/2012  Appeal against sanction ID 826

Turgot was cleared after evidence showed that he had in fact returned a negative result on a test he was alleged to have missed. The French authority also accepted the contention that the ADAMS system had been unavailable for the input of whereabouts.
