US Postal investigation #2 (2003-2004) 12/06/2012 Investigation ID 831
USADA notified Armstrong that it had evidence of "a massive doping conspiracy between 1998 and 2011". Several people were suspended from competition. Armstrong chose not to contest the charges and remain silent, claiming to be weary of the process.
