Zamana positive 12/09/1999  Positive test ID 152

Zamana finished second overall in the 1999 Tour of Poland before being disqualified for a positive test for undisclosed banned substances which he claimed came from a weight loss product. Zamana was also banned from competition for 6 months and fined.
