Ferrara moral judgment #2 11/03/2004 Investigation
Although evidence did not directly link Conconi, Grazzi and Casoni to drugs (haematocrit levels only), Judge Oliva delivered a moral judgment in which numerous riders were confirmed to have doped under the direction of Conconi and his colleagues.
