Freeman tribunal 12/03/2021 Investigation ID 1325
During a UKAD investigation it was alleged and subsequently proven that Freeman had ordered testosterone patches for an unnamed rider while working for Team Sky and British Cycling. He was professionally disciplined by the General Medical Council.
