Valjavec appeal 22/04/2011 Appeal against sanction ID 251
Valjavec's national cycling authority cleared him on the grounds that the bio-passport had failed to take into account natural causes for irregular values. A UCI appeal to the Court for Arbitration in Sport against this reasoning succeeded.
