Andersen rehabilitation 26/11/1988 Appeal against sanction ID 425
Faced with a lifetime ban, Andersen presented his case to the UCI at their annual congress in November 1987, citing procedural errors. Exactly a year later, a UCI rule change annulled all lifetime sanctions and Andersen was allowed to race once again.
