Bologna trial conviction 01/10/2004 Criminal conviction ID 610
Ferrari was convicted of sporting fraud and illegal prescriptions but escaped conviction for administration of harmful drugs. Sentenced to a year's house arrest and suspension from medical practice, Ferrari appealed immediately.
