Sanders, W investigation 26/11/1997 Investigation ID 731
Sanders could not be prosecuted for administering banned substances but he was investigated instead for fraud after a complaint made by former PDM manager Manfred Krikke. Evidence revealed a doping network in place between 1989 and 1995.
