Schumacher fraud appeal 18/10/2011 Appeal against sanction ID 740
An appeal succeeded against the original dismissal of fraud charges against Schumacher. The legal issue - proof of financial damage - was held to be the loss of €150k paid out in salary to the rider prior to his 2008 positive tests being made public.
