Voet arrest 08/07/1998 Arrest ID 293
Voet was stopped by customs officers on a back road close to Neuville-en-Ferrain, France at about 06:45. He was taking a large quantity of banned substances - including 250 bottles of EPO - to the start of the 1998 Tour de France in Dublin.
