Armstrong investigation 03/02/2012 Investigation ID 806
US federal authorities conducted a criminal investigation into allegations of doping-related activities by Armstrong and his team between 1996 and 2004, when the US Postal Service was a sponsor. The investigation closed without recommending fraud charges.
