Hincapie admission 10/10/2012 Admission statement ID 858
Giving evidence to the US Anti-Doping Agency's investigation of the US Postal team doping programme, Hincapie admitted using banned substances. He had already retired from the sport earlier in the year and would avoid any inactive period of suspension.
