White suspension 13/10/2012 Temporary suspension ID 869
In Landis' affidavit to the USADA, White was referred to as "Rider 9", using banned substances in training prior to the 2003 Vuelta. He resigned from his manager role at GreenEdge and it was later revealed that he had received a six-month suspension.
